Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for technical roles (Software Engineering, IT Support, etc.).
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from job posting and sourcing to offer extension.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline using various sourcing channels (LinkedIn, Boolean searches, etc.).
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and success criteria.
- Conduct market research to identify talent trends and salary benchmarks.
- Coordinate interview schedules and provide timely feedback to both candidates and hiring teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience in a customer-facing or administrative role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- High level of energy, enthusiasm, and a genuine desire to learn the recruitment industry.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (optional but common for industry networking).
