Responsibilities
- Utilize social media platforms and professional networks to identify and engage with potential candidates.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage candidate pipelines using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Build strong relationships with clients and candidates to ensure a seamless hiring process.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends in the technology sector.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- A high level of professionalism and a desire to learn.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
