What You Will Do
In this role, you will be the face of our brand. You will actively engage with potential clients and candidates to facilitate the hiring process.
Responsibilities
- Utilize various sourcing channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and Boolean searches, to identify and engage qualified candidates for open technical roles.
- Conduct thorough phone screens and initial interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for client account managers.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and develop targeted recruiting strategies.
- Manage candidate relationships through the full lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Update candidate and client data accurately in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Attend networking events and job fairs to generate new business and talent leads.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- High level of professionalism and a positive attitude.
- Self-motivated with a proven ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Basic computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the Human Resources field.
