- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition to offer and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a robust network of passive candidates within the tech industry.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and build effective pipelines.
- Track recruitment metrics and provide regular updates on hiring progress.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in technical recruiting, staffing, or human resources.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on meeting deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Experience in the technology sector is highly preferred.
