- Source and screen qualified candidates using job boards, social media, and networking events
- Conduct initial phone screenings and coordinate interview logistics

- Support candidate onboarding processes and new hire orientation
- Maintain accurate applicant tracking system (ATS) records
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand departmental talent needs
- Participate in recruitment analytics to improve hiring efficiency
Qualifications
