Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify staffing needs for various industries.
- Screen resumes and interview candidates to assess skills and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through networking and social media.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both candidates and clients.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field is a plus.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Self-motivated with a drive to learn and achieve sales targets.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
