Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support to employees and clients via phone, email, and in-person.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of hardware and software.
- Monitor system performance and perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure optimal functionality.
- Maintain accurate records of all technical issues and resolutions in our ticketing system.
- Collaborate with senior staff to develop and document standard operating procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field is a plus).
- Basic understanding of computer hardware and operating systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a logical approach to troubleshooting.
