Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and peripherals.
- Monitor system performance and report technical issues to senior technicians.
- Document technical solutions and maintain accurate service records.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; technical certification (CompTIA A+) is a plus but not required.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows/Mac), and networking concepts.
- Strong problem-solving skills and logical thinking.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- A willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
