Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, and chat to resolve hardware and software issues for clients.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot connectivity problems, printer errors, and operating system issues.
- Document all technical support requests and resolutions in our CRM system to maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to escalate complex tickets and learn advanced troubleshooting techniques.
- Assist in the deployment of new hardware and software updates across the organization.
- Conduct basic training sessions for end-users on software applications and security protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Computer Science or related field is a plus.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware components (CPU, RAM, storage) and peripherals.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Windows operating systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and on-call rotation as needed.
