Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware/software systems across enterprise environments
- Provide technical support to resolve user issues via ticketing systems and live assistance
- Monitor network performance and implement security protocols to protect digital assets
- Document IT processes, system configurations, and troubleshooting procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on technology infrastructure projects
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay current with industry standards
- Assist with hardware upgrades and system migrations as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred but not required
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with operating systems (Windows/Linux)
