Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain server infrastructure, network systems, and cloud platforms during overnight shifts
- Execute system updates, patches, and maintenance procedures with zero downtime
- Respond to and resolve critical alerts, incidents, and service disruptions
- Generate comprehensive shift reports and handover documentation
- Collaborate with global teams to ensure seamless 24/7 operations
- Implement security protocols and conduct vulnerability assessments

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT operations or system administration
- Proficiency with Linux/Windows server environments and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
