Responsibilities
- Load and unload raw materials, finished products, and equipment from trucks, railcars, or storage facilities using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of the production floor and warehouse areas to ensure a safe working environment.
- Sort, pack, and label products accurately according to shipping specifications and quality standards.
- Operate basic machinery and equipment under supervision, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Assist in inventory management by counting stock and verifying quantities against records.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and efficiency goals.
Qualifications
- No prior experience or specialized education is required; we provide full training.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic English proficiency for safety instructions and team communication.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends if needed.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States and legally obtain a Green Card/Employment Authorization.
- Reliable transportation to the Minneapolis facility.
