Responsibilities
- Operate standard manufacturing machinery and assembly equipment safely.
- Perform general production tasks including sorting, packing, and labeling.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety compliance.
- Inspect products for quality defects and report issues to supervisors.
- Follow all company safety protocols and OSHA guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production quotas.
- Load and unload materials using forklifts or pallet jacks.
Qualifications
- No high school diploma or specific degree required; on-the-job training provided.
- Ability to perform physical labor including standing, lifting, and bending for long periods.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- Basic English communication skills (or willingness to learn).
- Legally eligible to work in the US or obtain a work visa.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
- Experience in a factory or warehouse setting is a plus but not mandatory.
