Responsibilities
- Operate standard manufacturing machinery and production equipment safely and efficiently.
- Perform routine cleaning, maintenance, and organization of workstations to ensure high standards of hygiene.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and OSHA regulations at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and quality goals.
- Assist in the loading and unloading of raw materials and finished goods.
- Follow verbal and written instructions to complete tasks accurately.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or General Educational Development (GED) certificate.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic English language proficiency (read, write, and speak).
- Willingness to undergo a criminal background check and drug screening.
- Eligibility or willingness to apply for EB-3 Unskilled Labor sponsorship.
