Responsibilities
- Operate automated and semi-automated manufacturing equipment and assembly lines safely and efficiently.
- Perform routine quality control inspections to ensure products meet strict industry standards.
- Package, label, and palletize finished goods for domestic and international shipping.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols.
- Assist in inventory management, including counting and organizing raw materials.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and supervisors regarding production goals and issues.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) certificate required.
- Language: Basic English reading and writing skills required; ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive motions.
- Experience: Previous manufacturing or general labor experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Legal: Must be legally eligible to work in the United States and willing to undergo the EB3 visa sponsorship process.
