Responsibilities
- Assemble products and components according to detailed specifications and quality standards.
- Operate manufacturing machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Perform routine quality checks to ensure output meets company benchmarks.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and quotas.
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to the shift supervisor immediately.
- Load and unload raw materials and finished goods as required.
Qualifications
- Must currently hold a valid H2B non-immigrant visa.
- Ability to stand and work on your feet for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for measuring and inventory purposes.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Willingness to adhere to strict safety protocols and company policies.
- Good attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- No prior manufacturing experience required; training will be provided.
