Responsibilities
- Assemble, package, and prepare products according to strict safety guidelines and production specifications.
- Operate packaging machinery and ensure all finished goods meet quality control standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following all safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and efficiency goals.
- Perform basic inventory checks and organize materials to optimize workflow.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding attendance and conduct.
Qualifications
- Legal Status: Must be eligible to work in the United States (H2B Visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates).
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, twist, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Experience: Previous experience in manufacturing, warehousing, or labor-intensive roles is a plus but not required.
- Reliability: Demonstrated history of punctuality, strong work ethic, and reliability.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime, as business needs dictate.
