Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor in crop cultivation, including planting, weeding, and irrigation.
- Harvest crops using appropriate tools and machinery, ensuring high-quality standards.
- Operate agricultural machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Apply pesticides and fertilizers according to safety guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain farm equipment and work areas to ensure operational readiness.
- Follow strict safety protocols and verbal instructions from supervisors.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Current H2A Visa status or eligibility to obtain one.
- Ability to perform physical labor in various weather conditions for extended periods.
- Basic English communication skills for safety and teamwork.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (preferred).
- Previous experience in farming, harvesting, or agricultural labor is a plus.
- Reliable transportation to the worksite.
