Responsibilities
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest seasonal crops (vegetables, fruits, grains)
- Operate farm machinery (tractors, harvesters) safely and efficiently
- Perform crop maintenance activities (weeding, pruning, irrigation)
- Inspect crops for quality and disease following company standards
- Adhere to safety protocols and EPA pesticide handling guidelines
- Maintain farm cleanliness and equipment functionality
- Collaborate with supervisors and team members for optimal productivity
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of commercial farming experience
- Physical ability to perform manual labor in all weather conditions
- Valid H2A visa eligibility (or willingness to obtain sponsorship)
- Basic English communication skills
- Ability to work 40-60 hours weekly with flexible schedule
