Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks related to crop production, including planting, weeding, and harvesting.
- Operate farm machinery and equipment safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Inspect crops for quality and handle produce according to packing standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety.
- Follow all safety protocols and supervisor instructions strictly.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks and materials.
Qualifications
- No prior agricultural experience is required; training will be provided on-site.
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods in various weather conditions.
- Must be legally eligible to work in the United States or possess a valid H2A visa.
- Reliable transportation to and from the worksite.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays during peak seasons.
- Basic English communication skills are a plus.
