Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor in crop planting, cultivation, and harvesting
- Operate farm machinery (tractors, harvesters) with proper training
- Maintain field cleanliness and crop quality standards
- Apply pesticides and fertilizers according to safety protocols
- Assist in irrigation system maintenance and monitoring
- Sort, pack, and load agricultural products for shipment
- Adhere to all OSHA and farm safety regulations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of prior agricultural/farm experience
- Physical ability to perform manual labor in outdoor conditions
- Valid H2A visa eligibility (or willingness to apply through sponsorship)
- Basic English communication skills
- Ability to work 40+ hours per week in variable weather conditions
- Valid driver's license preferred (not mandatory)
