Responsibilities
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest various crops (grapes, almonds, tomatoes)
- Operate farm machinery including tractors and harvesters
- Maintain field hygiene and crop quality standards
- Apply pesticides and fertilizers per EPA guidelines
- Assist in irrigation system maintenance
- Sort, pack, and load produce for shipment
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA standards
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa eligibility (foreign worker)
- Minimum 2 years crop farming experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Basic English communication skills
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Willingness to work in all weather conditions
- Pass pre-employment physical examination
- No prior agricultural violations
