Responsibilities
- Operate farm machinery including tractors and harvesters
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest crops according to schedules
- Inspect and maintain irrigation systems
- Apply pesticides and fertilizers safely
- Sort and pack produce for distribution
- Adhere to all safety and quality standards
- Assist with general farm maintenance tasks
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa eligibility or willingness to obtain sponsorship
- Physical ability to perform manual labor in outdoor conditions
- Basic English communication skills
- Experience with farm equipment operation preferred
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
