Responsibilities
- Calendar & Travel Management: Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange domestic and international travel itineraries.
- Communication Hub: Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming calls and emails; screen and direct inquiries to appropriate personnel.
- Document Preparation: Draft, proofread, and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and internal communications.
- Office Operations: Maintain office supplies inventory, manage vendor relationships, and oversee basic facility maintenance requests.
- Event Coordination: Plan and coordinate company events, meetings, and client gatherings.
- Data Management: Maintain and update filing systems, databases, and employee records with accuracy and confidentiality.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with CRM software.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
