As a key member of our Innovation Lab, you'll collaborate with world-class engineers, designers, and futurists to develop roadmaps for next-gen technologies including quantum computing, advanced AI systems, and sustainable tech ecosystems. You'll lead strategic initiatives that position our organization as the industry's thought leader while ensuring ethical and sustainable implementation.
Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 industry forecasts and market demands
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, bio-integrated systems, etc.) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present strategic technology briefings to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and technology pioneers
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes to identify disruptive opportunities
- Drive adoption of innovation methodologies across the organization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Engineering, or Innovation Management (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership within tech-forward industries
- Proven track record of launching at least two commercialized innovation initiatives
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, sustainable tech)
- Exceptional strategic planning and scenario modeling capabilities
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, CMI) or technology foresight
- Experience with agile methodologies and rapid prototyping environments
