Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on wind turbine systems
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical/electrical malfunctions

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (no degree required)
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Basic mechanical/electrical aptitude
- Ability to work at heights and in adverse weather conditions
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Willingness to travel within Wisconsin region
