Responsibilities
- Install and troubleshoot complex HVAC/R systems in commercial and industrial settings
- Perform preventative maintenance on heating, ventilation, and cooling equipment
- Diagnose electrical and mechanical issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Train junior technicians on best practices and safety protocols
- Manage inventory of parts and equipment for service vehicles
- Ensure compliance with EPA, OSHA, and local regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service and technical support
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on HVAC technician experience
- EPA Type I, II, and III certification required
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Strong mechanical aptitude and electrical knowledge
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme conditions
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Willingness to obtain additional certifications (NATE preferred)
