Responsibilities
- Install, calibrate, and maintain industrial production equipment including CNC machines and robotic systems
- Perform diagnostic testing and troubleshoot mechanical/electrical malfunctions
- Document maintenance activities using our digital CMMS system
- Collaborate with engineers to optimize equipment performance
- Train junior technicians on equipment operation and safety protocols
- Conduct preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and ISO standards
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Industrial Technology or equivalent technical certification
- Minimum 3 years experience with industrial machinery maintenance
- Proficiency in diagnostic tools and mechanical systems
- Valid driver's license and ability to operate company vehicles
- English proficiency (written and spoken) - additional languages valued
- Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends as needed
- Basic knowledge of PLC systems and industrial automation
- Willingness to relocate to Pittsburgh with visa sponsorship support
