Responsibilities
- Install, troubleshoot, and maintain advanced HVAC systems in luxury properties and commercial buildings
- Diagnose complex electrical and mechanical issues using diagnostic tools and industry standards
- Perform preventative maintenance and system optimization to ensure peak efficiency
- Provide exceptional customer service with clear technical explanations and professional recommendations
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely completion of installations and repairs
- Maintain detailed service records and inventory documentation
- Adhere to EPA regulations and safety protocols for refrigerant handling
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree not required)
- EPA 608 Certification (or willingness to obtain within 90 days)
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- 3+ years of hands-on HVAC experience with commercial systems
- Strong mechanical aptitude and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including emergency calls
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to pursue advanced certifications (NATE, etc.)
