Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and seat guests within 2 minutes of arrival
- Accurately process food/beverage orders via POS system
- Upsell premium menu items and seasonal specials
- Process payments and reconcile cash registers nightly
- Maintain immaculate dining stations and restock supplies
- Resolve guest concerns promptly with manager support
- Collaborate with kitchen/bar staff during peak rushes
Qualifications
- 1+ years fine dining/casual restaurant experience
- Fluent English with strong Spanish preferred
- ServSafe Alcohol certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to stand 6+ hours and lift 25 lbs
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
- Basic POS system proficiency
- Positive attitude and team player mentality
