Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and mobility support
- Administer prescribed medications accurately and safely
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to clinical team
- Support rehabilitation exercises under supervision
- Maintain accurate care records and documentation
- Ensure client safety and infection control protocols
- Build meaningful relationships with vulnerable adults
Qualifications
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
- Valid UK driving license preferred
- Minimum 6 months healthcare experience
- Strong communication and empathy skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Up-to-date manual handling certification
- Right to work in the UK (verified)
