Responsibilities
- Delicate patient care in acute and ambulatory settings
- Administer medications and treatments per protocol
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Maintain accurate electronic health records
- Educate patients on health management
- Adhere to Alaska state nursing regulations
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Valid RN license (or eligibility for Alaska endorsement)
- BSN degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years clinical nursing experience
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in teams
- Flexibility to rotate shifts (days/evenings)
- Willingness to relocate to Anchorage
