Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in accordance with nursing standards and protocols
- Administer medications and treatments with precision using provided advanced equipment
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Document patient assessments and progress accurately in EMR systems
- Maintain sterile environments and infection control protocols
- Provide patient education and discharge planning support
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active RN license in the United States or eligible for immediate licensure
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Minimum 1 year of clinical nursing experience in acute care settings
- Valid BLS and ACLS certifications
- Eligible for TN, H-1B, or other relevant visa categories
