Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and feeding
- Administer prescribed medication under supervision
- Monitor and record vital signs and patient observations
- Support daily living activities and mobility assistance
- Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment
- Communicate effectively with care teams and families
- Participate in care planning and review meetings
Qualifications
- Previous healthcare or care assistant experience preferred
- Valid UK driver's license (desirable but not essential)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
