Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in accordance with nursing standards and hospital policies
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Administer medications and treatments accurately while monitoring patient responses
- Document patient assessments and care activities using electronic health records
- Educate patients and families on health conditions and discharge procedures
- Maintain sterile environments and adhere to infection control protocols
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- BSN degree or international equivalent (must be accredited)
- Active RN license in home country or eligible for US licensure
- Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience
- Valid English proficiency scores (IELTS 6.5 or TOEFL 80+)
- Pass NCLEX-RN exam within first 6 months of hire
- Ability to obtain Texas nursing license
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
