Responsibilities
- Delicate patient assessments and develop personalized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments with precision
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes

- Provide telehealth consultations to remote patients

Qualifications
- BSN degree or equivalent nursing qualification (required)
- Active RN license in Arizona or ability to obtain via compact license
- Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience
- Valid BLS and ACLS certifications
- Proficiency in telehealth platforms and EHR systems
- Exceptional communication skills across virtual platforms
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in hybrid settings
