Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in specialized units (ICU, ER, Oncology)
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop patient care plans
- Administer medications and treatments per established protocols
- Document patient progress accurately in electronic health records
- Maintain compliance with JCAHO and state nursing regulations
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and patient safety programs
- Mentor junior nursing staff and contribute to team training
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or higher
- Active RN license in home country with 2+ years clinical experience
- Passing scores on NCLEX or equivalent nursing competency exam
- English proficiency (IELTS 7.0 or TOEFL 100+)
- Specialty certification in critical care or emergency nursing preferred
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Ability to obtain Pennsylvania RN license upon arrival
