Responsibilities
- Harvest seasonal crops (citrus, vegetables, berries) according to quality standards
- Operate farm machinery (tractors, harvesters) with proper training
- Plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops using sustainable practices
- Perform general farm maintenance and equipment upkeep
- Adhere to all safety protocols and H2A program regulations
- Work efficiently in various weather conditions
- Assist with packing and sorting harvested produce
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa sponsorship eligibility or willingness to obtain
- Ability to perform physical labor (lifting, bending, standing 8+ hours)
