Responsibilities
- Operate farm machinery (tractors, harvesters) with proper certification
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest seasonal crops (vegetables, fruits)
- Apply pesticides and fertilizers following EPA guidelines
- Maintain irrigation systems and field infrastructure
- Adhere to H2A program compliance and safety standards
- Assist in crop quality control and sorting
- Participate in weekly farm maintenance activities
Qualifications
- Valid passport and H2A visa eligibility (US sponsorship provided)
- Basic English communication skills (written/verbal)
- Ability to work outdoors in extreme weather conditions
- Willingness to work 45-60 hours/week including weekends
- No prior agricultural experience required
- Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Clean background check and drug screening
