Responsibilities
- Harvest and pack seasonal crops (vegetables, fruits) according to quality standards
- Operate and maintain agricultural machinery (tractors, harvesters)
- Inspect crops for ripeness and disease
- Adhere to safety protocols and OSHA regulations
- Assist with field preparation and post-harvest activities
- Work in varying weather conditions (heat, rain, cold)
- Participate in daily team briefings and training sessions
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa sponsorship eligibility (foreign worker)
- Minimum 6 months prior agricultural experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Willingness to work 10-hour shifts in outdoor conditions
- Basic English communication skills
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Reliable transportation to worksite
