Responsibilities
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest crops including tomatoes, corn, and soybeans
- Operate farm machinery (tractors, harvesters) with proper safety protocols
- Perform field maintenance (irrigation, pest control, soil preparation)
- Sort, pack, and load produce according to quality standards
- Adhere to all H2A program requirements and labor regulations
- Work in varying weather conditions and maintain physical stamina
- Follow supervisor instructions for daily tasks and safety procedures
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa or eligibility for H2A program
- Minimum 6 months prior farm experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work outdoors in all conditions
- Basic English communication skills
- Reliable transportation to farm location
- Willingness to work flexible hours (including weekends)
- Pass pre-employment physical examination
- Valid driver's license (tractor operation preferred)
