Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor related to planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops.
- Weed, hoe, and thin crops to ensure optimal growth conditions.
- Load, unload, and transport agricultural products to storage or packing facilities.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols.
- Operate farm machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Assist in general farm maintenance and facility upkeep.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform strenuous physical labor outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Willingness to work early morning shifts and weekends as required.
- Valid H-2A visa status or eligibility to work in the United States.
- Basic English reading and comprehension skills.
- Reliable work history and a strong work ethic.
