Responsibilities
- Perform standard manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse tasks according to established guidelines.
- Operate basic machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Follow all safety protocols and quality control measures.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily production targets.
- Load, unload, and sort materials as required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) is preferred but not always required for EB3 Unskilled roles.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Basic English comprehension skills.
- Valid identification documents required for visa processing.
