Responsibilities
- Perform routine manufacturing and assembly tasks efficiently and accurately.
- Operate industrial machinery and equipment following all safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure products meet company and industry standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Follow detailed instructions from supervisors and adapt quickly to changing production needs.
- Report any equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or quality issues immediately to management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or General Educational Development (GED) certificate.
- No prior professional experience required; we provide comprehensive paid training.
- Physically capable of performing repetitive tasks and lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Valid foreign passport and identification documents required for visa processing.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a willingness to learn new skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Fluency in English is preferred but not strictly required if you are willing to learn.
