Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials to and from storage areas or vehicles.
- Perform general cleaning and maintenance of the warehouse and production floor.
- Assist with packaging, labeling, and quality inspection of products.
- Operate basic material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) as trained.
- Follow all safety regulations and OSHA guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards immediately to supervisors.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic English reading and writing skills for safety compliance.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends if needed.
- Valid foreign passport ready for visa processing documentation.
- No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided.
