Responsibilities
- Load and unload raw materials and finished products from trucks and conveyors.
- Operate basic manufacturing machinery and assembly equipment under supervision.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Perform routine quality checks on products to ensure high standards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets efficiently.
- Follow all company safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
Qualifications
- Must be legally eligible to work in the United States (EB3 Visa sponsorship available).
- No specific work experience or technical degree is required; we provide training.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Basic English comprehension skills are preferred.
- Must be available to work full-time hours, including weekends if necessary.
