Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on resolving issues on the first contact.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the technical team to troubleshoot and resolve complex product issues.
- Proactively identify customer needs and suggest relevant solutions or product upsells.
- Maintain a comprehensive level of product knowledge to provide accurate and helpful information.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and strict compliance standards.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support is preferred but not essential for high achievers.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
