- Handle 50+ customer inquiries daily via phone, email, and chat
- Process payments and resolve billing discrepancies efficiently
- Update customer records in CRM system with 99% accuracy
- Collaborate with finance team for weekly payment reconciliation
- Document all interactions following compliance protocols
- Meet/exceed weekly performance metrics for resolution time
- Participate in ongoing product training sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- 6+ months customer service experience required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Basic understanding of payment processing systems
