Responsibilities
- Handle 25+ daily client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Process financial transactions with 99.5% accuracy using proprietary software
- Resolve customer concerns within SLA timelines while maintaining satisfaction scores above 95%
- Update and maintain client records in CRM database with real-time precision
- Collaborate with sales team to identify cross-sell opportunities for existing clients
- Assist in monthly reconciliation of accounts and transaction reports
- Participate in quarterly training sessions to enhance product knowledge
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred
- 1+ years customer service or financial services experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment with competing priorities
- Strong verbal/written communication skills in English and Spanish

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
