Responsibilities
- Lead monthly financial forecasting and variance analysis for $500M+ portfolio
- Develop actionable insights through advanced Excel modeling and Power BI visualizations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on M&A due diligence and integration
- Present financial performance metrics to C-suite executives and board members
- Optimize working capital strategies and implement cost-reduction initiatives
- Mentor junior analysts while ensuring SOX compliance in all reporting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Finance/Accounting; MBA/CMA preferred
- 5+ years in financial analysis with Fortune 500 or fintech experience
- Expert proficiency in Excel (VBA, Power Query) and SQL
- Advanced Power BI/Tableau visualization skills
- Strong understanding of GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
- Proven success in stakeholder management and executive communication
